Inauguration of a Cybersecurity Center of Excellence with European ambitions

A new ultra-secure facility for digital resilience has just been opened in Belgium.

Nexova, a leading Belgian player in cybersecurity for critical infrastructure, has recently inaugurated a brand new, high-tech building. The only one of its kind in Europe, this centre, built in the municipality of Libin, near Transinne in the province of Luxembourg, was designed by ASSAR, the same architectural firm responsible for the NATO headquarters.

This cybersecurity Centre of Excellence combines the highest security standards with modern design, integrating state-of-the-art technological infrastructure and advanced cyber capabilities.

With a surface area of 3,300 m², this new work environment will enable highly secure data processing for both civilian and military use. A real technology laboratory dedicated to research into secure connectivity solutions for the future, the centre will be focusing in particular on addressing quantum threats and electronic warfare.

With this new infrastructure, Nexova will further pursue the design and development of solutions that meet essential cybersecurity needs, whether by testing vulnerabilities in digital systems or detecting and responding to cyberattacks.

This makes it the only cybersecurity ecosystem of its kind in Europe(This hyperlink opens a new window), a complex that is further enriched by its location on a site that – in addition to numerous high-tech companies – also hosts the Euro Space Center.
