Zouera Youssoufou

Zouera Youssoufou is the CEO of the Dangote Foundation, based in Lagos. She reports to the Board of the Dangote Foundation, and provides overall management oversight for the $1.24 billion USD foundation. In this capacity, Zouera crafts the short, medium and long-terms strategic plans of the Foundation and executes them with guidance from the Board. Prior to joining the Dangote Foundation, Zouera was the World Bank Country Manager for Gabon, Equatorial Guinea and Sao Tome and Principe.

Marc Eeckhout

Previously, he was the Consortium’s appointed General Manager for the PHCN Projects (ICC, NPPMP and RCM). Mr. Eeckhout is also involved in Business Development within Nigeria’s Utility Sector (electricity and water). With more than 25 years international experience, he has worked in many countries including two years in Morocco; 16 years in various African countries as well as Suriname and South America.

Pieter De Koninck

Pieter De Koninck is the General Manager of the Brenntag Chemicals Nigeria Limited with professional experience in Nigeria, Gabon, and throughout West and Sub Saharan Africa. He previously worked for Nigeria’s leading logistics specialist (GMT) and for the world leading courier company, DHL. His other achievements included reducing GMT’s sea freight lead times and building consulting for many of the country’s top logistics companies.
